All standard shipments are handled by DHL, DPD or Romanian Post. Any exceptions are labelled accordingly.
Available items will be charged and dispatched immediately and are usually delivered within 3 – 5 business days via DHL. Romanian Post and DPD delivery takes longer from 5 days in EU to 6 weeks WW ( or more) depending on the country. Please note that these delivery times are approximate values stated by our delivery partners and cannot be guaranteed. Backorders will be charged and dispatched as soon as they become available. You will be contacted by the phone by the DHL and DPD service when parcel is delivered.
Payment
All list prices are inclusive of sales tax unless otherwise stated. Please note that national taxes may have to be paid on imports for deliveries outside the EU. We accept payments by credit card (AMEX, Master, Visa) and Paypal.
Changes to your order
Please note: We cannot make any changes to your order after you have submitted it. If you need to update the shipping address or wish to change the books you have ordered, you will need to request a cancellation and order again. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the local delivery company once the parcel has arrived in the country of delivery.
Returns policy
You may repeal your contract of purchase within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly send you a return shipping label to return the article at no cost to you. We will reimburse you for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the articles.
