The map of the Black Sea Defense Front includes 26 structures built in 1939-1944/1950-1956, divided into eight sections, according to confguration: Romanian coastal artillery batteries (BA1); German coastal artillery batteries (BA2); Type 1 bunkers (B1); Type 2 bunkers (B2); Type 3 bunkers (B3); Type 4 bunkers (B4); Special structures (BS); and two unique model bunkers (BU). The selected structures are accompanied by a short description and the exact location that turn the map into an independent tool for the identification of defense architecture.
